Jeremiah Watson
Jeremiah Watson is founder and CEO of Affluent Corporate Housing, Affluent Vacays. After a decade of real estate investment management and finance experience, Jeremiah established Affluent Corporate Housing in June 2022. Jeremiah Watson serves as Director of Asset and Property Management at System Property Development Company, Inc., based in Sherman Oaks, California. Mr. Watson’s experience encompasses parking property management, business valuations, real estate finance and accounting, and institutional real estate asset management and acquisitions.
Prior to working at System Property, Mr. Watson worked at RSM in their business valuation and financial advisory services practice and at MetLife Investment Management in their real estate private equity investment management platform.
Mr. Watson has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Accounting from the Marshall School of Business and the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California
Anna Watson
Anna Watson is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Affluent Corporate Housing and Affluent Vacays, founded in June 2022. As the CMO, Anna brings a wealth of expertise from a successful career in interior design for Airbnb management.
With a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, she has designed multiple homes that not only captivate guests but also significantly boost revenue. By incorporating innovative designs and premium amenities, Anna ensures each rental offers a unique and memorable experience, driving occupancy rates and enhancing profitability.
Mike Srogren
Mike is a short-term rental expert and coach. He has a portfolio of STR properties across 4 states as well as two boutique hotels. Michael brings a wealth of finance, business and real estate experience. He is passionate about helping others create financial independence through real estate so they can pursue their passions and leave their mark on the world.
Mike founded Occupied, LLC a hospitality management and consulting company. They provide investors with turnkey management services to maximize returns through short term rentals and boutique hotels.
